Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi ile Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ kapsamında, web sitemizi ziyaret eden ve iletişim formunu kullanan kişileri bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

2 İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

  • Kimlik: ad, soyad
  • İletişim: e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (isteğe bağlı)
  • Talep bilgisi: seçtiğiniz proje türü ve mesajınızın içeriği
  • İşlem güvenliği: talebin tarih/saati ve IP adresinizin geri döndürülemez özeti (spam ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için; IP adresi açık olarak saklanmaz)
  • Tercihler: tarayıcınızda saklanan dil ve onay tercihi

3 Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebep

Verileriniz, web sitemizdeki iletişim formu aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda toplanır. İşleme; KVKK m.5/2-(c) (bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması), m.5/2-(f) (veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati) ve formdaki onay kutusu ile verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır.

  • Hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

5 Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yasal zorunluluklar dışında üçüncü kişilere satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Barındırma ve e-posta altyapısı gibi hizmet sağlayıcılarla yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için gerekli ölçüde paylaşılabilir. Yurt dışına aktarım söz konusu olursa KVKK m.9 hükümlerine uyulur.

6 Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz, talebinizin sonuçlandırılması için gerekli süre ve ilgili mevzuattaki zamanaşımı süreleri boyunca saklanır; süre sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Kesin saklama süresi yayın öncesinde belirlenecektir.

7 KVKK m.11 Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi talep etme
  • İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
  • Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
  • KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
  • Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
  • İşlenen verilerin otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme
  • Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

8 Başvuru Yöntemi

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. Başvurular, talebin niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarifesindeki ücret talep edilebilir.

9 Çerezler ve Yerel Depolama

Sitemiz reklam, analiz veya üçüncü taraf çerezi kullanmaz. Tarayıcınızda yalnızca şu bilgiler saklanır: dil tercihiniz (nml_lang), bu metne ilişkin onay tercihiniz (nml_kvkk) ve oturum süresince “yapım aşamasında” bildiriminin gösterilip gösterilmediği. Tarayıcı verilerini silerek bunları dilediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the related communiqué on the duty to inform, for visitors who use our website and contact form.

1 Data Controller

2 Personal Data We Process

  • Identity: first and last name
  • Contact: email address, phone number (optional)
  • Request details: the project type you select and the content of your message
  • Transaction security: date/time of the request and an irreversible hash of your IP address (to prevent spam and abuse; the IP address itself is not stored)
  • Preferences: your language and consent choice stored in your browser

3 Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interests of the controller) and your explicit consent given via the consent checkbox in the form.

4 Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your requests and questions
  • Preparing proposals and conducting project discussions
  • Carrying out communication activities
  • Preventing spam and abuse and ensuring information security
  • Fulfilling legal obligations

5 Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes, except where required by law. It may be shared with service providers such as hosting and email infrastructure only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Any transfer abroad will comply with KVKK Art. 9.

6 Retention Period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to complete your request and for the limitation periods set by applicable legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. The exact retention period will be defined before launch.

7 Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and request information
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
  • To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
  • To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
  • To request that such actions be notified to third parties who received your data
  • To object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis of your data
  • To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8 How to Apply

You can send your requests in writing to [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process requires additional cost, the fee in the Personal Data Protection Board’s tariff may be charged.

9 Cookies and Local Storage

Our site does not use advertising, analytics or third-party cookies. Only the following is stored in your browser: your language preference (nml_lang), your consent choice for this notice (nml_kvkk), and, for the session, whether the “under construction” notice has been shown. You can remove these at any time by clearing your browser data.
